Question 02
"Do I pay for the weeks they're homesick?"

Yes — and we'll tell you why that's actually the right policy, even for you.

Homesickness typically peaks on Day 3 and resolves by Day 5. Our staff is trained in the Comfort Cove protocol — a structured three-day check-in system where your camper works through it with a counselor, not a phone call home. In 23 years, over 94% of homesick campers who stayed past Day 5 rated the session a 9 or 10 out of 10.

Our Early Departure Policy

  • ·If your camper leaves before Day 4: full refund minus $150 admin fee
  • ·Day 4–7: 50% credit toward a future session (valid 24 months)
  • ·After Day 7: no refund, but the credit applies to a sibling
  • ·Medical/family emergency departures: full credit, always

Question 03
"Is the deposit refundable if plans change?"

More Questions

The ones parents ask on the second call.

Discounts, payment plans, waitlists, grandparents paying — we've anticipated them all.

For two siblings attending the same or overlapping sessions: the second camper's tuition is reduced by 8% ($151.60 off the 2-week rate). A third sibling gets 12% off. These discounts stack — a family sending three kids for two weeks each pays $5,286 instead of $5,685.

The discount applies automatically when you list siblings on your registration. No coupon code, no phone call.

I appreciated that the pricing page answered every question I had before I even thought to ask it. I knew exactly what we were paying for — down to the canteen money.

My son went homesick on day two. The staff called me, walked me through it, and told me to wait. By day six he was asking to extend his stay. The refund policy gave me the confidence to let him stay.

I paid as a gift for my grandchildren. The billing setup was easy — I got the receipts, their parents got the camp updates. Nobody had to explain anything twice.
